What is Operation Dream Landing?

Traditional recruitment methods are struggling to engage the next generation of workers. Operation Dream Landing is our initiative to convert (biannually) local workplaces and schools into interactive learning hubs using edutainment—blending education with real-world entertainment that will attract students, travelers, and career seekers to transformational experiences.

Instead of sitting through lectures or online modules, participants step directly into your environment to experience what you do firsthand.

How It Works

• Collaborative Design: You work alongside local schools, training providers, and higher-ed partners to design a short, hands-on activity that highlights your industry.
• Gamified Engagement: Participants complete real-world challenges, earn badges, test out skills, and discover career pathways in an interactive environment.
• Community Access: Experiences are hosted and ticketed via D2CTix.com, offering structured access points for families, travelers, students, and adult career changers in a way that is aspirational, engaging, and fun!
